About the Role
As a Funding Consultant at Capwynn, you'll play a crucial role in helping UK businesses secure the funding they need to grow and thrive. You'll work directly with business owners to understand their financial needs, develop tailored funding strategies, and guide them through the entire process from credit repair to funding acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' business credit profiles and funding needs
- Develop and implement strategic credit repair plans to improve clients' funding eligibility
- Build and maintain relationships with a network of lenders and funding sources
- Guide clients through the funding application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
- Monitor client progress and provide regular updates and advice
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business funding, commercial finance, or related field
- Strong understanding of business credit and funding options in the UK market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or performance targets
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- FCA certification or willingness to obtain it
